ABOUT THIS PROJECT
The project consisted of an approximately 45,000 SF renovation and new addition to existing facility. This project included the retrofit of existing exterior pole lights to LED, new 800A, 480/277V service and 100KW natural gas generator. Work included new showroom, service department, service bays, parts department and corporate offices for all Kerry locations. The new switchgear room is located in the center of the building. There was code and inspection bureau interface due to 300KVA transformer mounted above switchgear room and air curtain added for electric room isolation. The owner occupied the building and site during the construction phase.

Super fast-track 1,300,000 SF e-commerce distribution building with 50,000 SF, 2-story office. Included (4,000) LED highbay lights, (200) loading dock doors, (3) 2,500 amp services, emergency generator and large exterior lighting system.
